Then, when the demand reached a certain level to create an additional table, the dealer took a really long time to distribute the chips and to get the players seated. Now I know that the poker room is fairly popular at Boulder Station, but I would frequently have to wait 45 minutes to 1 hour to get a seat at a 2-4 hold 'em table. First, the poker room took forever in getting me a seat.

But I had two major problems with the poker room at Boulder Station. Typically, my main gambling activity in Las Vegas is to play poker. The hotel should really consider installing a new ventilation system, or designating more smoke-free areas. For this reason, I will no longer ever stay at Boulder Station, and I cannot recommend my friends or family to stay there either, especially those with young kids. Although I can't be certain, I do attribute my coughing condition to the high level of smokiness, as I just returned home yesterday, and the intensity of my cough has subsided significantly. Further, I arrived in Las Vegas with a slight, minor cough as I was getting over a cold, but over the course of the trip, my cough turned into a retching cough that I could not suppress, even when I slept. My wife and 2-year old son constantly complained of headaches. I have been to Las Vegas at least 10 times, and have stayed at almost the same number of hotels, and I have never experienced the level of smokiness that I did at Boulder Station. When I first entered Boulder Station for the first time, I was hit by a huge wave of smoke that never dissipated. However, too many other things went wrong at Boulder Station, to the point where I cannot recommend staying at this place to anyone, especially those with young children. I am very happy with Kids Quest, and would recommend its services at Boulder Station.

The staff at Kids Quest were fantastic, and they did an excellent job of handling a 2-year old child who didn't want to be there initially. The overall rating indicated above is not reflective of my positive experience with Kids Quest.
